Jimmy Dupuis, 90, of Memramcook East, died Thursday (8 octobre) at his home.

Jimmy DupuisBorn in Memramcook East, he was a son of the late Sam and Marguerite (LeBlanc) Dupuis. He had been employed with Canadian National Railway's bridge and building division for 45 years on retirement.

He is survived by his wife, the former Yvonne Landry; four daughters, Mrs. Dorine LeBlanc, Mrs. Anise LeBlanc and Mrs. Emile Cormier (Violette), all of Memramcook East, and Mrs. Ernest Landry (Marguerite) of Chelsea, Mass.; three sons, Dollard of Memramcook, and Gérard and Léo-Paul, both of Memramcook East; a brother, Tommy of Montreal; 47 grandchildren, and 68 great-grandchildren. Three sons, Alyre, Léandre and Yvon, a sister, Sara Anne, and eight brothers, Eddie, Fred, Blair, André, Frank, Anthony, Sammy and Yvon, died previously.

The body will be at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook, this evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated Sunday at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East, at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
